Transaction Override Agent

This feature can be used to add a secondary agent onto each transaction to which the primary agent is added, so when one agent is added, then the secondary agent gets added and automatically assigned a percentage to the income based on the setup. 


The most common usage of this feature is for Recruiting or Mentoring programs.

It can also be used for two-agent teams. 


To set this up: go to Roster->Agents/Users->Select the agent->Preferences->Transaction Override Agent


Secondary Agent:  Select the name of the agent getting a portion of the transaction Commission for the agent they recruited or are mentoring.


Company Income Pct 1:  Percentage of commission to be paid from the company's portion of the income.


Commission Pct 1:  Percentage of commission to be paid to the agent who recruited or is doing the mentoring.


Award Pct:  Percentage of the award amount if applicable (this applies to Anywhere Companies)


Exp Date 1:  the date this override should end and the agent who recruited or mentored the new agent should stop receiving a commission from their transactions.



Company Income Pct 2:  Percentage of commission to be paid from the company's portion of the income.


Commission Pct 2:  Percentage of commission to be paid to the agent who recruited or is doing the mentoring.


Award Pct 2: Percentage of the award amount if applicable (this applies to Anywhere Companies)


Exp Date 2:   the date this override should end and the agent who recruited or mentored the new agent should stop receiving a commission from their transactions.
