Adding Zillow, Testimonial Tree and RealSatisfied Reviews to your website
This guide explains how to integrate and display your latest reviews from Zillow, Testimonial Tree, and RealSatisfied on your Agent Website's About Me page.
1. Accessing Your Profile Preferences
Follow these steps to navigate to the correct settings within ClientBAY:
Log in to your ClientBAY account.
In the upper right-hand corner, select the Account button (often represented by a profile icon or your name).
Select View Profile from the dropdown menu. This will open your Agent Details page.
Along the top of the Agent Details page, select the Preferences tab.
Scroll down to locate the sections titled Zillow, RealSatisfied, and Testimonial Tree.
2. Configuring and Activating Each Review Source
You must enable and provide the necessary credentials for each review source you wish to display. Remember to click "Save" after configuring each source.
🏡 Zillow Reviews
To have your Zillow reviews display:
Select Yes in the Show Zillow testimonials on website dropdown menu.
Enter the Zillow Email Address associated with your reviews.
Click Save in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
🌳 Testimonial Tree Reviews
To have your Testimonial Tree reviews display:
Select Yes in the Show Testimonial Tree testimonials on website dropdown menu.
Use the corresponding dropdown menu to select which testimonials you would like to display (e.g., all, or only those marked as public).
Click Save in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
✅ RealSatisfied Reviews
To have your RealSatisfied reviews display:
Select Yes in the Show RealSatisfied testimonials on website dropdown menu.
Enter your unique vanity key obtained from your RealSatisfied account settings.
Click Save in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
