Agent Late Fee Plans

Agent Late Fee Plans are used to assess late fees within Agent Fee Plans.  Click Here to learn more about Agent Fee Plans.

To set up an Agent Late Fee Plan, start by going to Financial ->
Admin -> Agent Late Fee Plans. Click the +Plan in the upper right corner.

Name: Start out by giving your Late Fee Plan a Name.

Description: If you’d like you can also give your plan a description.

Amount: Enter the amount of your late fee.

Select Agent Fee Plan Setting: Select whether the late fee will apply to the plan as a whole (meaning the fee will be charged when at least one of the fees on the plan is not paid on time) or the late fee will apply to every fee on the agent fee plan (meaning that each fee on the fee plan will be assessed a late fee if it is not paid on time).

Billed After Fee Due (Days): Set the number of days after a fee is due when a late fee should be assessed. For example, if selecting “1” then a fee that is due on the 25th that is not paid by the end of the day, a late fee will be charged on the 26th.

Auto Pay: Select Yes or No to set whether this fee will be charged to the Agent’s Credit Card.

Notifications

We have also allowed you to enable notifications for your agents. You can choose Yes or No enable notifications that will notify the agent when a late fee has been assessed as well as when a late fee is about to be assessed.

When enabled, the Late Fee Warning Notification goes out the day before a late fee is to be assessed.

When enabled the Late Fee Notification goes out the day after a late fee has been assessed.

Assigning Agent Late Fee Plans: One thing you won't want to forget about is to assign your late fee plans to your existing Agent Fee plans.

To assign a late fee Plan: Select Financial -> Admin -> Agent Fee Plans.  To add to an existing plan or when creating a new plan you can assign the late fee plan by selecting it in the field named Late Fee Plan. Simply find the Late Fee Plan you want to apply to this fee plan and select it. Be sure to hit save at the bottom.
