A workflow can be used to notify internally what is needed or a task on a transaction. These workflows can only be assigned by an admin and can either be assigned to an agent, a coordinator group, or another transaction manager. The goal of the workflow is to help eliminate many of the emails that are associated with transactions so that communication is happening from the transaction itself.
Log into ClientBAY
Click on Financial on the left navigation bar
Go to Transactions and find the transaction you'd like to assign a workflow to
Once you are in the transaction, you can see the workflow section on the right side of the screen
To start a new workflow, click on the +Assign in the upper right corner of this section
This will open the workflow assignment
Choose who you are assigning the workflow to on the left side of the screen
Type your message to include the details of what is being assigned in the text box or use a message template
Once your message is complete click Finish
You can workflows you have received either in your main To-Do section on your home screen or in the Transactions main dashboard
Once you have completed your assigned workflow click the hamburger next to your assignment
Click on Complete
