Completing a leaving agents transactions

Step 1: Deactivate Agent

  • Go to User Management >> Users
  • Select the agent's profile
  • Click Deactivate in the top right corner of their profile
This button may be greyed out if they have a Fee Plan enabled or are set as the Transaction Coordinator/Manager or Checklist Manager on any Open/Active transactions.
This will not remove the agent's transactions, and they are still able to be added/edited on their transactions.

Step 2: Finish Transactions

  • Continue to close out the agent's transactions.
  • Go to Financial >> Transactions >> Dash tab
  • From here you will have two useful gauges on the right:
    • Inactive Agents With Active Roles - With Transactions
      • This gauge shows any Inactive agents with active Dash Roles, and have transactions in the system.
When an agent is in this gauge, continue to close out their transactions until they are in the next gauge.
    • Inactive Agents With Active Roles - No Transactions
      • This gauge shows you Inactive agents with active Dash Roles, but no longer have transactions.
When an agent falls into this category, it is safe to go into their Deactivated profile and deactivate their Dash Role.

Step 3: Deactivate Dash Roles
