🔒 Why Are Some Fields Limited?

To maintain platform standardization and comply with strict Listing Feed data regulations, certain fields cannot be publicly shown. These regulations apply directly to:

  • 🏷️ Price

  • 📍 Property Address

  • ⏱️ Days on Market (DOM) / Days on Site

  • Square Footage 

  • Description

Rather than applying a single blanket setting across an entire Listing Feed region, visibility for these fields is now managed dynamically through listing-level permissions.

  1. Check Field Visibility

    Review your listing details in the listing details to see which fields are editable.

    If display visibility for any of the above mentioned fields may be turned off or greyed out, your specific Listing Feed has restricted that field from public view.

    Confirm whether the entire listing or only specific fields are restricted from displaying on public IDX agent websites.
