Transaction Reporting for Teams

Transaction Reporting for Teams

Many of our Transaction Reports can be filtered based on teams.  Therefore it is important to enter team information into your transactions accurately so that your Reports are accurate as well.

When an agent who is part of a team is added to a transaction, on the Agent's Transaction Record you will see a field called "Reports Team".

This field defaults to the Agents Team, thereby counting toward the teams volume. However, if the agent's portion of the transaction should not count toward the Teams volume, you will want to change the field to None.  Setting it to None will count the volume for the agent as an individual, not the team.

If your company ALWAYS counts the agents production toward the teams volume, regardless of whether or not the sale was a personal residence, etc. you can lock the Reporting Team Field so that it is ALWAYS set to the Team and cannot be changed.  If your company would like to lock the Reporting Team field so that it cannot be changed from the Team to None, the setting  "Allow Non Team Selection for Team Members"  in your Transaction Settings should be set to NO.  Keep in mind only someone with access to Transaction Settings can change this.
