When designing templates, seeing how real property details look in your layout makes all the difference. This guide explains how our preview tool uses actual listing data and customizable test variables so you can perfectly fine-tune your design.

⚙️ How Your Preview Works

1. View Real Listing Details

   🏠 For any design blocks linked to actual properties, you will see your real listing data automatically populated on the screen.

2. See Test Data for Blank Fields

   🧪 For all other sections, the preview automatically fills in dynamic fields with test data so you can see how your text, images, and layout will look.

3. Check Formatting and Limits

   📏 Your preview automatically applies any specific formatting rules or maximum character limits you've set, ensuring your design never breaks.

4. Customize Your Test Data

   ✏️ Click the Edit Test Variables button to swap out default names, text, or images. This lets you test how different content lengths and picture sizes fit your design.

5. Test Fallback Values

   🔍 Clear out a test field completely to see your Fallback values in action. Fallbacks are the default backup text or images that display when real listing data is missing.

6. Save for Future Designs

   💾 Any custom test data you enter will automatically save to your user profile so you can reuse it across all your future template previews!

• Try Long Names: Test longer client names or property addresses to make sure text doesn't overflow or wrap awkwardly.
