Managing your profile photos across different parts of the platform is now easier than ever. With our updated profile photo tool, you can upload a single main headshot and customize its cropping for every square, circle, or banner format used across your account and marketing materials.

🛠️ How to Upload and Customize Your Headshot

1. ⚙️ Open your Account Settings

   Log in to your account, click on your click on your avatar in the top-right corner of the screen, and select View Profile. 

2. 🖼️ Navigate to the Profile Photo Section

   Click on the Edit button to edit your profile photo. 

3. 📤 Upload your Main Headshot

   Click the Edit button on the headshot section and select a high-resolution photo from your computer. This image will serve as your primary headshot.

4. ✂️ Adjust Image Formats

   Select the Adjust Shapes & Sizes option next to your uploaded photo to preview how your headshot appears in different contexts (e.g., circular social icons, square website cards, or rectangular banners).

5. 🔍 Crop and Reposition

   Click on any preview shape to drag, zoom, or rotate your photo so you look your best in every layout.

6. ✅ Save your Changes

   Click the Finish&Save All button at the bottom. Your updated photo will automatically sync across all platform features immediately.

💡 Tips for the Best Results:

• Image Quality: Use a high-resolution image ( Ensure your photo is at least 1920 x 1920 px and under 25 MB. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, HEIC, and WEBP) to keep your photo crisp across all shapes.

• Lighting & Framing: Center your face within the upload box so automatic cropping leaves enough room for circular and square trims.

• Instant Sync: Once saved, your updated headshot applies everywhere—including your websites, office listings, and marketing templates—so you only need to update it once!
