Company-Wide Email Campaigns allow administrators to build automated, multi-step drip campaigns for your entire brokerage. Once created, these campaigns can be shared with your agents so they can stay top-of-mind with their contacts while keeping your branding consistent across the board.
1.Navigate to Company-Wide Email Campaigns: Access administrative settings.
Click the Settings โ๏ธ wheel at the top right of your screen. Under the Marketing section, select Company-Wide Email Campaigns.
2.Create a New Campaign: Enter campaign details.
Click the + Create Campaign โ button. Give your campaign a clear title and enter a short description so your agents know what type of content this campaign includes.
3.Add Your First Email Event: Select your starting layout.
Click Add Email Event โ๏ธ. Choose an existing layout from My Designs, pick a pre-made design from the Template Library, or choose Scratch to build a brand-new design.
4.Customize Your Content and Header: Format text and images.
Use the drag-and-drop editor to build your message. Click the pencil icon in the header section to enter your Subject Line and Preview Text.
5.Save and Test Your Design: Verify design before continuing.
Save your design to My Designs ๐พ or send a Preview Email ๐งช to check how it looks in an inbox, then click Next โก๏ธ.
6.Schedule Event Delivery: Set timing for the event.
Name your specific Email Event and select its Delivery Schedule (e.g., send immediately, or wait a set number of days after enrollment).
7.Finish and Publish: Save your setup.
Your Company-Wide Email Campaigns area includes three main tabs:
๐ Analytics: View combined recipient performance stats (opens, clicks, unsubscribes) across every user who has sent a company campaign.
๐ค Automations: View, create, and edit all automated drip campaigns. Check whether each campaign is Active or Inactive.
๐ซ Suppression List: View contacts who have unsubscribed from any company-created email campaigns.
Managing Campaigns: Click the three action dots ๐ฌ next to any campaign in the Automations tab to add new email events, rename the campaign, manage agent access permissions, duplicate, or delete the campaign.
