ADMIN: Global Pages

🌍 Utilizing Global Pages

When you create a page on your company website, you have the option to make it "Global." This feature acts as a master template, allowing all of your agents to access and use that specific page on their own sites through the Back At You Sites Editor.

🛠️ How to Enable a Global Page

  1. Create Your Page: Start by building your page on the main company website.

  2. Enable the Feature: Once the page is created, look for the Global toggle/button.

  3. Switch it ON: Simply select the Global button so it is set to ON

Once enabled, this page will be available for all agents to add to their personal websites!

⚠️ Important: Domain Requirements

Please keep in mind that Global Pages are restricted by the "root" domain. They are only available for subdomains that share the same main domain address.

  • ✅ Example: A global page created on backatyouhomes.com will be available to agentname.backatyouhomes.com.

  • ❌ Example: A global page on backatyouhomes.com will not be available to agents using a different root domain like bayhomes.com.

💡 Pro-Tip for Admins

Global Pages are perfect for "About the Area," "Join Our Team," or "Preferred Vendor" pages. It ensures consistent branding and saves your agents the time of building these pages from scratch! 🚀
