🏷️ Tags (Contact Types)

Tags (previously known as Contact Types) are a great way to keep your contacts and leads organized.

By categorizing your clients, you can send targeted eMarketing campaigns and find exactly who you're looking for in seconds.

πŸ› οΈ Creating, Editing, and Deleting Tags

To manage your master list of tags:

  1. Go to the Contacts  tab on the left menu to open your dashboard.

  2. Select the Manage Tags button in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. To Create: Select + Create New, type your tag name, and click the green checkmark. βœ…

    • Tip: You can pick different 🎨 colors to make your tags pop!

  4. To Edit: Click the pencil ✏️ icon, make your changes, and press OK.

  5. To Delete: Click the trash can πŸ—‘οΈ icon and confirm.


βž• Adding Tags to a Person

Once your tags are created, you can assign them to your clients:

  1. Select a Contact or Lead  from your CRM Dashboard.

  2. Scroll down to the Tags section in the lower-left corner.

  3. Click the Add Tags button. 

  4. Check the boxes for the tags (YES! You can attach multiple tags to a person) you want to attach and press Save.
