You have the ability to create a Support Portal account where you can submit tickets to our support team and track those tickets all from one centralized location.
To create your Support Portal account, visit the Help Center icon located in the upper right hand corner (question mark icon).
When you select that, the Help Center opens up.
Along the tabs at the bottom, select the Home Tab.
This will take you to a screen where a Login To Support Portal Here link can be found.
When you click that link, you will be taken to a page to login to your support portal.
IF YOU HAVEN'T CREATED A SUPPORT PORTAL ACCOUNT you must do so here.
Select the New User option on the right hand side of the page and then follow the prompts on the page that opens to create your account.
Once you submit the information on that screen, you will be sent an email that will have a link to create your new password for your portal account.
Once you create that password you will be taken to your Support Portal Home Screen.
You can click on the tickets icon in the upper right to submit a ticket to our Support team and to also track any Support tickets that you have also submitted.

If you would like to delete your Support Portal Account, you can easily do so.
Login to your Support Portal Account
Select your name from the upper right hand corner
Select View Profile
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to the box that says "Delete Profile".
Be sure to read the warning and if you would still like to proceed with deleting your Support Portal Account, select I understand, Continue.
You will then be taken to a screen where you can determine how the Back At You Support Team will see your data: Anonymous or Nickname. If you select Nickname you will be given a chance to enter that Nickname in.
Then Press Delete to Delete your Profile or Cancel to exit.
