Creating a Support Portal Account

๐Ÿ“ง ClientBAY Support Portal: Account Creation & Ticket Management

This article guides you through creating and managing your Support Portal account, which allows you to submit and track support tickets with our team from one centralized location.

๐Ÿš€ Part 1: Creating Your Support Portal Account (New Users)

If you do not already have an account, please follow these steps to register:

  1. Start Registration: Start by clicking this link

  2. Select New User: On the sign-in page, look for and select the "New User" option, usually located on the right side of the screen.

  3. Complete Registration Form: Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your necessary details (Name, Email, etc.).

  4. Check Your Email: After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a secure link to create your new password.

  5. Set Password and Access: Once your new password is set, you will be automatically redirected to the ClientBAY Help Center within your new portal.

โ— Important: You must complete the email verification and password creation steps to fully activate your account.



โœ… Part 2: Logging In and Using the Portal

Once your account is created, you can log in to manage your support needs.

Submitting and Tracking Tickets

Use the portal to easily get help from our Support Team.

  • Submit a Ticket: Click the Tickets icon in the upper right-hand corner. From there, you can submit a new support request.

  • Track Tickets: The same Tickets icon allows you to view the status and history of all support requests you have submitted.

Accessing Help Center Content

The portal is also your gateway to our resources:

  • Knowledge Base: Click "Knowledge Base" in the upper right, or use the search bar to find articles, guides, and tutorials.

  • Popular Articles: Quickly view our most frequently accessed help articles right on the main portal dashboard.


โš™๏ธ Part 3: Managing Your Profile (Edit or Delete)

You can easily update your contact information or request to delete your account through your profile settings.

  1. Log in to your Support Portal Account.

  2. Access Profile: Click your Name in the upper right-hand corner and select "View Profile".


โœ๏ธ Edit Profile Information

1. Click the "Edit Profile" button.

2. Update any necessary information (Name, Email, Phone, etc.).

3. Click "Save" to apply your changes.


๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ Delete Profile

1. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to the "Delete Profile" box.

2. Read the warning carefully before proceeding.

3. Select "I understand, Continue" to confirm.

4. On the next screen, choose how your data will be displayed to our Support Team: Anonymous or Nickname (if Nickname is chosen, you will be prompted to enter one).

5. Click "Delete" to finalize the account deletion, or "Cancel" to exit without making changes.
