Creating a "Non Company" Office

If you are using our Transaction software and need to create any Non-Company offices that you do business with - you can certainly do so!

To CREATE a Non-Company Office, go to your Settings tab on your left hand side menu. Under the Company Section, select Office Locations.
This will open up your Office Locations Dashboard which displays all of your offices within ClientBAY.
To see all of your non Company offices be sure to select the filter option and check the box to Show Non Company offices.
Select the +Create icon in the upper right hand corner.
This will take you to a screen where you can enter needed information like Office ID, Name, and so forth. 
Be sure that under the "Is Company Office" drop down menu to select NO.
When you have all information needed entered, select the Save button in the upper right.
That Non-Company office will then appear on the Office Location Dashboard and you can now utilize them in your transactions. 

To EDIT or DELETE a Non-Company Office, on the Office Location Dashboard select the three dot action button associated with that office. 
Select either Edit or Delete and proceed.
