Once you have chosen the plan you’d like to switch the agent to, you can continue.

In the next screen you will need to choose the Next Bill Date for each Fee. You will also want to choose whether or not you want to Prorate this fee.  If you choose to prorate the fee, a charge will be created for tomorrow through the Next Bill Date. In this particular instance I have chosen to begin billing the full amount on 1/1/2023 and prorate the charges from 12/29/2022 until 1/1/2023.

Once you have made your choices on this screen, continue to the next.

On the next screen the agent's fees will appear for Unpaid and Paid fees that pertain to their plan, you will be asked to make a decision about what to do with each fee. You will have the option to Keep the Full Payment Outstanding, Waive, or Update to the Prorated Charge.

Once you have made selections, you will hit the Continue button at the bottom of the screen.

In the next screen, you will be given the opportunity to review your choices and confirm the new plan you have selected.  You will be able to see exactly what will happen for each fee.

Once you click Finish at the bottom of the screen, the agent's fee plan will be updated accordingly.

Notes
