If you are using the Back At You Voice feature, these reports are essential for tracking your communication and lead engagement. Follow these steps to generate and manage your data.
Navigate: Click the Reports tab on your left-hand menu.
Select Voice: From the Reports Dashboard, select the Voice category.
Choose Your Report: You will see several report types. Click the one that best fits your needs to open the Filters Page.
Customize: * Rename: Give your report a specific name for easy tracking.
Date Range: Select the specific timeframe you want to analyze.
Are you an Office Administrator? On the Filters Page, you have the extra ability to Select Specific Agents. This allows you to run performance reports for individual team members or the entire office! π₯
Once your filters are set, click the Run button to populate your data. In the upper right-hand corner, you have three powerful options to handle your report:
π¨οΈ Print: Generate a hard copy for meetings.
π§ Email: Send the report directly to colleagues or yourself.
π₯ Export: Download the data for use in other spreadsheets or programs.
Donβt want to set the same filters every time? On the Report Filters screen, you can click Save Report.
This will store your configuration under the Saved Reports tab, allowing you to run your favorite data sets with just one click in the future!
