Back at You Voice Report
If you are utilizing our Back at You Voice feature, this report will be available for you to run.
To run a Back at You Voice Report,
- Go to your Reports tab on your left side menu.
- From the Reports Dashboard, select Voice. Here you will see several types of reports that you can run.
- Select the report you would like to run and that will take you to that report filters page.
- Here you will be able to rename your report if needed and also pick a date range of when you want to pull information from.
IF YOU ARE AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR: You will be able to Select the Agents that you want to run this report for on the Reports Filter Page.
- Once you have your Report filters set, press the Run button and the report will populate for you to view.
In the upper right hand corner, you can Print the Report, Email the Report or Export the Report that you see on your screen.
On the Report Filters screen you are also able to Save the Report which would then save the Report under your Saved Reports tab.
