Add Documents To A Transactions Checklist
Utilizing checklists assists in the organizing of the paperwork required with a transaction. To attach documents to the checklist selected you must have assigned a checklist to a transaction either while opening the wizard or with in the details tab. Once a checklist is assigned the buyer or seller checklist tab will appear. Below are the steps to add documents to a checklist.
- Log into your Back At You ClientBAY account
- Go to the transaction you would like to work on
- Go to the buyer/seller checklist tab
- Click Assign next to the checklist item
- Select where you would like the checklist item to assign from
- Upload
- Seller Documents
- Home Folder
- eSign
- Select document
- Status of the document will be uploaded.
- Only transaction administrators and staff can approve or decline document
