🔑 How to Access the Parent Account

Accessing the Parent Account is a specific process. To ensure security, there is only one way to get in.

⚠️ The Golden Rule

THIS IS THE ONLY WAY: You cannot log in to the Back At You Social Parent Account directly. You must log in via the specific Back At You Office account that has been designated as the parent-level support account. 

🖱️ Step-by-Step Login

1. Login to Back At You Office: Sign into the specific administrative Back At You Office account connected to your company's Back At You Social Parent Account.

2. Use the Product Switcher: Look for the Product Switcher in the upper left-hand corner. 

3. Toggle to Social: Select Social from the list.

Important Note: 🚫 If you are logged into your own personal Back At You account and switch to Social, you will be in your personal agent profile, not the Parent Account. You must be in the designated company-level Back At You Office account to see the parent tools.
