The Parent SocialBAY Account is your command center! 🕹ī¸ This is where you manage SocialBAY for your entire brokerage and all your users. It houses exclusive tools that regular agent accounts cannot access.

🔑 How to Access the Parent Account

Accessing the Parent Account is a specific process. To ensure security, there is only one way to get in.

⚠ī¸ The Golden Rule

THIS IS THE ONLY WAY: You cannot log in to the Parent SocialBAY account directly. You must log in via the specific ClientBAY account that has been designated as the parent-level support account. 

🖱ī¸ Step-by-Step Login

  1. Login to ClientBAY: Sign into the specific administrative ClientBAY account connected to your company's Parent SocialBAY. 

  2. Use the Product Switcher: Look for the Product Switcher in the upper left-hand corner. 

  3. Toggle to SocialBAY: Select SocialBAY from the list.

Important Note: đŸšĢ If you are logged into your own personal ClientBAY account and switch to SocialBAY, you will be in your personal agent profile, not the Parent Account. You must be in the designated company-level ClientBAY account to see the parent tools.
