To view the Commission Plans that you currently have in the system, To find them, select the Financials button on your left hand side menu and then select Commission Plans. This will open up your Commission Plan Dashboard. Here you will see all of the Commission Plans you have in the system.
To Add a New Commission Plan: On the Commission Plan Dashboard, select the Add Commission Plan button in the upper right hand corner. This will open up the screen where you can start inputting details about the new Commission Plan.
To Edit a Commission Plan: simpy select the three dot button associated with that Commission Plan and select Edit. This will bring up the details on that Commission Plan. Once you have made the changes on the Commission Plan that you need, select the Save button.
To Delete a Commission Plan: Select the three dot button associated with the Commission Plan and select Delete. The system will ask you if you are sure if you want to delete.
Attaching Commission Plans to Agents
When you enter an agent in the system, you need to be sure to have a Commission Plan attached to that agent. To do so, select the User Management button on your left side menu and then select Users. This will open up your User Management Dashboard. Select the agent you need to attach a Commission Plan to. This will take you to that agent's Details page. From here, scroll down to the section titled Accounting Info and select which commission plan you want to use on this agent by utilizing the drop down menu. Then press the Save button in the upper right hand corner.
Transaction Financials
To view the the Financials on a transaction, select the Financials tab from that indivduals transactions dashboard. On the left side of the screen, you will see a grid of all of the financial pieces of this transaction. On the right hand side you will see where you can input financials that will affect that grid. The only items that you can manually change on the grid itself is the Sale Price, the Commission Percentages and the Commission Amount. If you change the sale price or the Commission Percentages, be sure to select the calculator icon next to the Commission field so that it will recalculate. If you change the Commission Amount, do NOT press the calculator icon because it would then reclaculate the commission as 0 percent. Just select the Save button in the upper right hand corner instead.
All of the other fields in the financial grid, (i.e. Other Income Shard, Referral Fees etc.) are added in the sections over on the right hand side of the screen in order to have the math calculate correctly. When you add any finances, income, deductions, etc in the boxes on the right hand side of the screen, the financial grid will automatically update for you.
Closing a Transaction
From the individual transaction screen, select the Close Transaction button in the upper right hand corner.
Once you select Close Transaction, it will take you to a screen where you need to verify all of the transaction dates. Once you are done with this screen, press Next.
The next screen will be for you to verify the agent information and who is getting paid what. Once you have verified all of the information on this screen, press Next
The third screen is where you will see any fees associated with the transaction. This is also the screen where you can check to see if the agent has any outstanding balances by selecting the three little dots associated with that agent and selecting Other Fees. Press Next once this screen is done.
The fourth screen is a review of the transaction and also where you can notify the agent of the transaction being closed.
The last screen is a full review of the transaction. From here you can print a check if that is something you are utilizing with the Back at You system.
If the listing that you are trying to close is an Active Listing, the system will not show the Close Transaction button. Please change the status to Pending in order to see the Close Transaction button.
