ADMIN How to Forward an Agents Website to a Different URL
When an Agent purchases their own domain, you are able to forward their current agent website to that URL.
- Select the Settings tab icon in the upper right hand corner of ClientBAY.
- Select Domains under Miscellaneous. This will open up your Domain Dashboard. You can find the agent's website here on this page, or utilize the menu in the upper left corner to filter down whose domain your are forwarding.
- Once you find the domain you want to forward, select it by clicking on it, or utilize the three dot Action button and select Edit. This will open up that domain's details page.
- From here, go to the Site Type drop down menu and select Forwarding.
- Once you select Forwarding, you will see a new screen appear. In the Forward To field enter in the new Domain name that you would like to forward the website to.
- Enter in the new Domain here and then press Save.
