📅 Creating Company Calendars

You can create calendars for the company within the ClientBAY platform. This is a great tool for reminding agents of upcoming office events, such as Sales Meetings, CE Classes, and more!

📂 Calendar Types

There are two types of calendars you can create:

  • 📅 Event Calendar: Alerts your agents of upcoming events happening within your company.

  • ✍️ Sign Up Calendar: Allows staff and agents to RSVP to events.

➕ How to Add a New Calendar

  1. Select the Settings icon ⚙️ in the upper right-hand corner of ClientBAY.

  2. Select Company Calendar  under the General section.

  3. Select the + Calendar ➕ button in the upper right-hand corner.

  4. Fill in the Details: Enter the name and a description.

  5. Set Defaults & Moderators: Designate if this is a default calendar and if it requires a Moderator. (Moderators must approve events before they become visible to users).

  6. Set Access: Dictate the Access Level of this calendar to choose who you want to see it. 🔐

  7. Select Type: Under the Type section, designate if it is an Event Calendar or a Sign Up Calendar.

  8. You can even choose a default event color for this calendar.

  9. Assign Visibility: Specify if this calendar is for certain Offices or Agents.

  10. Press Finish. You can now toggle between your calendars using the dropdown menu.

🚀 How to Add an Event to a Calendar

  1. Ensure the correct calendar is selected in the dropdown menu.

  2. Select the + Event ➕ button in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Fill out the details: Enter event info and set your reminder preferences, then press Next.

  4. Review Summary:

    • Select Finish and Notify  to add the event and email every agent in the office.

    • Select Finish to add it to the calendar.

  5. Moderation: If a moderator is attached, they will receive an email to review and approve the event before it appears for agents.

✅ RSVP & Check-In Features

If you are using a Sign Up Calendar:

  • Select an event to see a list of agents who have RSVP’d.

  • Every event generates a Check-In Page with a unique code for easy attendance tracking!

🎁 BONUS: All calendar events will automatically populate under the Upcoming Events widget on the ClientBAY Dashboard for everyone with access!

🗑️ How to Delete a Calendar

  1. On the Calendar Dashboard, select the calendar you wish to delete from the dropdown menu.

  2. Select the Delete icon 🗑️ in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Verify the deletion when prompted by the system. ✅
