As an Admin, you can create beautiful Community Pages to feature new builders and master-planned developments. These pages act as a "hub" on your website where visitors can explore local neighborhoods, learn about builders, and connect with your team. ๐ โจ
Before building a community page, you must add the builders associated with them to the system.
Navigate to Listings: On the left-hand menu, go to Listings โ Communities.
Open the Builder Tab: At the top of the dashboard, select the Builder tab.
Add New: Click the + New icon โ in the upper right.
Enter Details: Input the Builderโs name and a description of their work.
Save: Press Save ๐พ to add them to your master list.
Tip: You can edit or delete builders anytime using the three-dot action button
Now, letโs build the actual page for the development.
Start New Community: Under Listings โ Communities, click + New in the upper right.
Capture Leads: ๐ฃ Click the Green Plus (+) next to the Lead Source box to attach a custom lead form to the page.
Sync the MLS: Select the Green Plus (+) next to MLS Community to pull in active data from your MLS.
Assign Agents: Click Add Agent to feature the specific experts associated with this community.
Fill in the Details:
Short Description: A "hook" that shows up on the main gallery page.
Community Description: The full story and details for the landing page.
Contact Info & Directions: Essential details for the Sales Office and how to get there.
Save & Enhance: Once you press Save, new tabs will appear at the top! You can now upload:
Logos & Images ๐ธ
Model Homes & Site Plans ๐
Attachments (PDF floor plans, brochures, etc.)
The Landing Page is the "front door" that displays all your individual community tiles in one beautiful gallery.

Add Branding: Create a Headline and intro text to welcome visitors.
Visuals: Add high-quality images to the Images Box on the right.
