ADMIN: Changing the Domain of an Existing Website
As Admin, you have the ability to change website domains for your agents.
Select the Settings icon in the upper right hand corner of ClientBAY
Select Domains under Miscellaneous.
This will open up your Domain Dashboard where you will see all of the domains currently with your company. You can search for specific domains with the search bar in the upper right.
Find the domain that you would like to change and from the three dot action button associated with that domain, select Edit.
This will take you to that domain's details page.
Select the Change Domain Name button next to the Domain Name Field. Enter in the new Domain Name.
You have the option of selecting Yes to forward the old domain to the new one.
Select Ok.
This will take you back to the Domain Details page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Save.
