As an Admin, you can "Act As" agents to view the system exactly as they see it. This is a great tool for troubleshooting or helping an agent with their account.
Note: By default, you cannot "Act As" another Admin. This requires special permission from that person.
If you need another Admin to access your view, you must manually grant them permission:
Click the My Account button in the upper right corner.
Select View Profile to open your Details page.
Click the Preferences tab at the top of the page.
Scroll down to the Allow Acting As Me section.
Select the specific person (or people) you want to grant access to.
Click Save in the upper right corner.
Once permission is granted:
The authorized admin will see your name in their Act As Another User pop-up window.
They can select your name to switch views and see Back At You through your eyes.
💡 Pro Tip: This is especially useful for training! If an agent is confused about where a button is, you can "Act As" them to see exactly what is on their screen and guide them through it. 🛠️
