ADMIN: Allow Another Admin to Act As You

Admin are able to Act As other agents to see what they see in their ClientBAY account, however, they are not able to Act As other Admin unless special permission has been granted.

To grant another Admin the ability to Act As you, select the My Account button in the upper right hand corner.

Then select View Profile.

This will take you to your Details page. Select the Preferences tab along the top of the page.

Scroll down to the section called Allow Acting As Me and then select the person(s) you want to have the ability to Act As you.

Be sure to press the Save button in the upper right hand corner.

The person(s) you selected will then be able to see you in their drop down menu when selecting who they want to Act As.
